Roast My Ex (“the Service”) is an AI-powered entertainment platform that generates comedic content based on user-submitted stories about their past relationships. By using this Service, you agree to these Terms.

This service is for entertainment purposes only. Seriously. Don't use it to actually harass anyone.

2. You Must Be 18+ 🎂

By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This platform deals with mature themes (relationships, breakups, adult humor). If you're under 18, please go do your homework instead.

3. User-Generated Content

You submit content (texts, stories, messages) to generate roasts. By doing so, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit this content (it's your story, your texts, your experience).
  • The content does not contain private information of third parties that you don't have the right to share.
  • You won't use generated content to harass, defame, or harm real people.

4. Entertainment Only — No Liability 💀

Generated roasts are AI-generated comedy content. They are not actual psychological evaluations, legal documents, or professional opinions. Do not use them as such.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any relationship consequences from sharing roasts
  • Emotional reactions to the generated content
  • Your ex finding out
  • Anything that happens if you do send it to your ex

5. Payments

Full roast unlocks are available for $4.99 (one-time payment). All payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — if the AI broke, we'll make it right.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use this Service to:

  • Harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone
  • Submit content about minors
  • Attempt to extract personal data about others
  • Abuse or overload the AI system
  • Resell or redistribute generated content commercially

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the updated version here. If you keep using the Service after changes, you agree to the new terms.
